Highgrove House was established in Worthing in 1984 and has an excellent reputation for its quality of care, friendly staff,  caring and relaxed environment. Over the years, we have seen many changes to elderly care but our ethos has always remained the same – we never forget that this is your home.

David Gilham and Jane Moody are our in-house Chef’s and they prepare a range of delicious and nutritional foods daily to cater for all tastes. For Birthday Celebrations they create cakes and for other special events they prepare buffets and topical food to match the event

Highgrove House in Worthing is a residential care home, which caters to the variety of  individual needs of each and every resident that resides with us. We offer residential and dementia care, as well as end of life care, day care and respite care. Living in our home permanently or just for a short while as part of the Highgrove family, you will experience a genuine warm family atmosphere. Covid-19 – Welcoming New Residents

The health, safety and wellbeing of all new & current residents, visitors and staff is our top priority. To minimize the risk of the Covid-19 infection, we have the following health and safety measures already in place at our care home to protect your loved ones:

  • Regular testing and temperature checking for staff and residents
  • Use of PPE
  • Social distancing
  • Enhanced cleaning regime
  • COVID-19 training for staff
  • Use of Visitor Pods for family visits and entertainers
  • Use of iPads for facetime and video calls to keep virtual contact with your loved ones
  • Daily resident activities to ensure our residents can continue their regular hobbies and interests in safe manner
  • Welcoming new residents, while maintaining health and safety in tact for our existing residents and staff
  • New residents are tested for Covid-19 immediately upon arrival.
