Paula has been working with the Highgrove House team since 2017, initially as a decorator and subsequently taking over the responsibility for day-to-day maintenance. Paula is involved in a range of tasks and activities to both bond with residents, ensure their health and safety, and oversee upkeep of the facility.

We have amazing residents, staff and families—everyone is so caring and supportive of each other. I was so impressed with the quality of care provided by Highgrove House’s care staff that I chose Highgrove House as my father’s care home when he needed to move into residential care. He was a happy resident at Highgrove for many years before moving into a nursing home.”
