Susan joined Highgrove House in April 2012 as a carer. In the last 13 years, Susan has progressed her career at Highgrove House to become a Deputy Care Manager while completing her QCF Level 5 qualification. Prior to Highgrove House, Susan worked in the retail sector as an assistant manager.
